How Pricing Works
The clock starts when the driver arrives and doesn't stop until the group's back at the final address, which is really what a bachelorette booking is buying: an evening's worth of a driver's time, not a set number of stops agreed in advance and billed leg by leg.
Waiting between stops is built into that same hourly minimum, which matters on a night with several venues and no fixed dwell time at any of them. Weekend nights, and any weekend that overlaps a wedding, a graduation, or a major local event, tighten availability the same way a wedding date does, so a specific Saturday a few weeks out is worth locking in rather than assuming it'll still be open.

This is usually a matter of weeks rather than the months a wedding itself needs, since the booking follows the bachelorette weekend's own planning timeline rather than a save-the-date.
A smaller group on a weeknight can often be arranged with a couple weeks' notice. A larger group, a longer night, or a specific in-demand Saturday is worth locking in as soon as the date and headcount are settled rather than waiting until the week of — that crunch gets worse on weekends generally, and worse again on any date that also falls in the stretch of the year already crowded with weddings and graduations.

What Happens on the Day
The driver gets the stop list and rough timing in advance, not just a single address, and plans the loading and unloading at each stop before the night starts. On the night, the driver stays with the vehicle for the entire booked window, waiting outside each stop rather than circling or leaving.
Anything we run with more than ten seats needs its own CHP safety inspection stacked on top of the standard state permit and insurance the rest of the fleet carries — the higher the seat count, the more scrutiny the vehicle is required to clear. At the end of the booked window, the group is returned to the agreed address on schedule.
