Vehicles We Use
The cabin here runs on a bus-style chassis, taller and roomier than anything else in the occasion category, which is what makes standing headroom and a bigger group possible in the first place. The seating still runs lounge-style along the sides, closer to how a limo is laid out than to rows of forward-facing bus seats.
That larger footprint is the trade for the extra room: it needs a bigger space to park and load at each stop than a sedan-based vehicle does, so venues with a tight curb or a small lot are worth checking before the night, especially if the route includes more than one or two stops.

How Pricing Works
The charging structure is the same hourly-rate-with-a-minimum used across the category, though the minimum here reflects both the vehicle's size and the fact that the booking is built around a whole route rather than a single stop. The booked hours are meant to cover the driving between stops, not just the time spent at each one.
Time the vehicle spends waiting outside a stop while your group is inside is part of the booked window, the same as anywhere else in the category. Gratuity is either built into the quote or left to your discretion. Saturdays through spring and summer — when bachelor, bachelorette and wine-touring groups all want the same weekend — are the first to book out.

How Far in Advance to Book
A single-vehicle booking without a long list of stops can usually be arranged on relatively short notice outside peak season. A full multi-stop route needs more lead time regardless of the season, simply because we need the whole stop list and running order settled before the night, not worked out en route.
Spring and summer weekends are the busiest stretch for this vehicle, when bachelor and bachelorette parties and wine-touring groups are all booking the same handful of Saturdays. A route with several stops booked well ahead also gives us more room to plan timing that actually works, rather than compressing a long route into a night that's already tight.

What Happens on the Day
We confirm your full stop list, the order of stops and rough timing the day before, and the chauffeur plans the route around it in advance. At each stop, the vehicle waits outside rather than circling, so it's there the moment your group is ready to move on.
Carrying more passengers than the state's threshold for extra scrutiny is what pulls this vehicle into a CHP safety inspection, on top of the charter-party permit and commercial insurance that apply across the fleet. We don't supply alcohol on board; what your group brings along the route is on you.
