That itinerary usually covers a pickup at one address, a stop for photos or dinner, the dance itself, and a return — sometimes to an after-party, more often straight home — all agreed before the night starts, not renegotiated once the group is on the road.

What Prom Limo Is Not
This is a supervised, fixed-plan booking for minors, not a night with an open schedule. A few things some groups expect aren't part of it.
Not part of this service
- We do not allow alcohol on board, at any point, for any passenger — this is not negotiable regardless of what the group requests
- We are not a chaperone service inside the venue — our responsibility is the vehicle and the itinerary, not supervision once the group is inside the dance
- We do not add unplanned stops or extend the return time without a parent's confirmation first
- We are not a bar or club transportation service — an itinerary that includes a venue serving alcohol to minors isn't one we'll run
- A single teen booking a ride without a parent's knowledge and payment on file isn't how this works — the account and the itinerary sit with a parent

Every vehicle we use for a prom booking carries the same licensing and insurance as the rest of the fleet — there isn't a lighter standard for a booking involving minors, there's the same one applied more carefully.

A smaller group booking a single vehicle can sometimes still be arranged a couple months out if the date isn't the single busiest weekend of the season. What Happens on the Day
The chauffeur receives the full itinerary in advance — pickup address, planned stops, the dance venue, the return time and address — and confirms it with the parent before the night begins, not on the fly. A direct number is shared so the parent can reach the chauffeur or our office at any point during the evening if plans need to change.
The vehicle and driver operating your prom booking hold the same charter-party permit, commercial insurance, and CHP safety inspection as every other booking on our calendar — nothing about the paperwork changes because the passengers are seventeen instead of forty-five.
